Get in front of the realtors and brokers at the Builder Showcase! 
We are partnering with the local realtor associations to host The Builder Showcase, which will feature builder and vendor booths with realtors as the attendees. This is a two day event, you can sign up for one day or both! 
1. PCAR - Tuesday, February 11, 11:30am-1pm, 270 Technology Way, Ste 100, Rocklin, CA 95765
2. SAR - Wednesday, February 12, 11:30am-1pm, Mack Powell Event Center, 2003 Howe Avenue, Sacramento

If you're not a builder or realtor, here is your chance to connect with realtors and also support your builder partners.  Only $375 to secure your booth.  Only 2 companies per industry, so signing up sooner is better than later. We'll provide a 6' table and 2 chairs. Bring your table cover and marketing materials.

Attention Builders, promote your Sacramento and Placer County standing inventory and new communities, while nurturing the builder-realtor relationship. Only $375 to secure your booth.  We'll provide a 6' table and 2 chairs, and you just need to provide materials. If you can bring a raffle prize, that adds to the fun.

Sponsorships range from $200-$1000 - Expected attendance is 150+ realtors at each event
1. Stage Sponsor - $200 for a single day or $350 for both days - Bring your stand up banner to display by the stage, includes 1 attendee registration.
2. Refreshment Sponsor - $300/single day or $500/both days - Your logo on signage at the beverage stations, includes 1 attendee registration. If you have logo'd bottle water, feel free to bring them.
3. Exhibitor Table -  $375/single day or $700/both days - Host an exhibitor table with your marketing materials and network with all attendees.  6' table, 2 chairs provided, includes 2 attendee registrations.
4. Lunch Sponsor - $550/single day or $1,000/both days - Your logo on signage at food stations, includes 1 attendee registration.
5. Speaker Sponsor - $750/single day or $1,400/both days - 1 min on the stage to speak plus introduce speaker, includes 2 attendee registrations.  (Exclusive to 1 sponsor)
6. Commercial Sponsor - $750/single day or $1,400/both days - Commercial Sponsor, your 30 seconds video to be shown once during presentation, includes 2 attendee registrations.
