Additionally, we provide compliance consulting services for storm water industrial facilities pursuant to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Clean Water Act, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

40 plus years accounting experience 20 of which are in the construction industry.

• Create and execute strategy for procurement, due diligence, legal, entitlement, capitalization, development/construction, and lease-up of market rate, student, mixed-income, and affordable housing developments in Western United States. Completed over 5,000 units (±$2b total capitalization) 
• Formulate financing approach for all opportunities, including institutional and private/high net worth equity, Joint Venture / co-General Partners, Low Income Tax Credits (LIHTC) / Taxable & Tax-Exempt Bonds (CDLAC), and municipality subsidy structuring
• Build and manage Acquisition and Entitlement/Development Teams
• Create and present Investment Committee and marketing materials to both internal equity sources and potential General and Limited partners
• Negotiate PSA, Joint Venture, financing, GMP contracts, and property management agreements
• Experience with multiple products: Type III & Type V, cottage, townhome, walkup, wrap, and podium

GWR Law focuses on construction and development law and strategy.  Expertise includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts, representing contractors and subcontractors in payment and defect disputes, and counseling brokers and owners on risk management for development and leasing.
