Starting Wednesday, April 6^th, virtual participation in BDC meetings will only be permitted during the “Jurisdictional Updates” portion of the meeting. We have changed the format of our meetings to have jurisdictional updates from 8:30-9am; our speaker will follow from 9-9:30am. Attendance for the speaker portion of the meeting is limited to in-person participation only.

Please join us for a conversation with this month's main speaker, Patrick Pulupa, the Executive Officer of the Central Valley Water Board. We will also hear updates from the National Association of Home Builders' Vice President of Government Affairs, Lake Coulson. 

The Regional BDC is more wide-ranging in its focus than the other BDC's offered by the BIA, featuring discussions on federal, state, and municipal policies and issues on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 8:30 a.m.
