• 7:00am: Volunteer Arrival
• 7:30am: Sponsors Arrival, pick up golf cart keys at Sponsor Check In, in front of Clubhouse. Ready by 9:45am.
• 8:30am: Golfer Check In, Pro Shop Open, Breakfast Burritos, Raffle & Silent Auction, Buy Raffle Tickets & Mulligans
• 10:00am: Tee Time, Shotgun Scramble
• Approximate end time is 3:00pm, No organized event planned after tournament, No Host Bar in the Clubhouse will be open with some appetizers.

Theme is Country Western.
