Friendly Reminder to all BIA business owners, and decision makers that CalSavers requires by the end of 2025 that every business owner with one or more employees must have a workplace retirement plan or may face state-imposed penalties. That means your company!
CalSavers is California’s retirement savings program mandated for employers that do not offer an employer-sponsored retirement plan.
While the state-run retirement program is an option, you do have other choices. Attend this workshop so that you can hear more about CalSavers and other business retirement plans. Even if you've already adopted CalSavers, learning about other workplace retirement plan options could be useful.
