We are excited that our special guest speaker will be the architect of Magnolia, Debra Falese, President, Western Region at Woodley Architectural Group.

This will be a great chance to gain some great insight on Magnolia and tour the beautiful community.

Custom Builder Lab is a special forum for custom and small builders within the North State BIA providing a peer to peer opportunity for sharing information, processes, insights, or knowledge to help one another. 

There is no fee for builder representatives to attend.
$150 sponsorship allows for non-builders to participate and given a few minutes to promote their product or service. Limited to two companies and one representative per company.
