Hello Builders, Welcome to The Realtors' Quest!...where realtors will embark on the BIA New Home Tour Scavenger Hunt!

We are collaborating on a digital app managed by SocialPoint, where we will be able to encourage and motivate realtors to visit your communities.

It will be a 14 day Scavenger Hunt for realtors to visit communities, take pictures, and post in the app and on their social media in order to earn points for a big prize.

BUILDERS, Here's how it works:

1. Community Visit: Realtors are excited to explore your community! They'll start by visiting, checking in by scanning a unique barcode at your location.
2. Capture the Quest: To continue their scavenger hunt journey, realtors must discover a specific item (or pose in or a room or decor) within your community that you identify. To complete the challenge, Realtors snap a creative photo with this item and upload it to the app.
3. Have Fun & Be Creative: Welcome the realtors into your model homes from February 12th through February 26th. Provide refreshments, snacks, swag, or maybe fun tips to help them in their Quest. Give them reasons to be excited about being there.
4. Grand Prize:The realtor that acquires the most points through the check-ins and completed scavenger hunt items will be crowned the champion and take home the grand prize! There is a leaderboard in the app, so realtors will be able to keep tabs on their Quest in real time.

Builder Fee is only $150 per community, then you'll need to think creatively and submit the below assets by January 13th.
If you submitted last year and want last year's assets re-used this year, let us know.

1. Register on this page to indicate your participation first, then follow the below. You can pay by credit card or select to be invoiced.

2. To create badge on the app: provide Builder logo or Community Logo (60x60 png).

3. Builder website address or specific community website. (URL)

4. Builder community address.

5. Brief community description (maximum 8 sentences).

6.Challenge name. Description of the photo participants need to take at the site to complete the scavenger hunt.(Example: "Dreamscape Discovery with ABC Homes: Stumble upon the Secret Treehouse Oasis, Capture a Photo with the Whimsical Canopy Haven!")

7. Up to 6 community photos.
