Two hours for 2025 event and program planning.

The SMC is an affiliated council of the North State BIA made up of sales and marketing professionals to promote excellence in sales and marketing within the building industry. 

They coordinate the annual MAME awards Dinner honors major achievements of North State BIA members in marketing excellence. 

Membership is $95 per year and includes membership in the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council. 

Sales & Marketing Council Chair is Heather Hoffman with Woodside Homes.

MEETING TIMES: The second Thursday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the North State BIA, 1536 Eureka Rd., Roseville.
