Please join the BIA for its quarterly Urban Infill Council meeting on October 14^th from 9am-10am. This meeting will be held virtually. Senior staff from the City of Sacramento’s Planning Department will present an overview of the proposed changes to the city’s key housing programs and policies such as the Mixed Income Housing Ordinance, Central City Impact Fee, and the Density Bonus Ordinance.
